Story
My cousin Hannah has Multiple Sclerosis - a condition that affects the central nervous system. Over the past couple of years she has had to face many difficulties and make big changes to her daily life. Since there is no known cure, she (along with 100,000 other sufferers in the UK) will have to live with this condition for the rest of her life.
I am taking part in the Great North Run this September - which means I now have 2 months to become vaguely competent at running - to raise money for the MS Society (see more info at www.mssociety.org.uk). My fundraising target is £300, but if I double my target I'll shave my head!
