The pair of us will be completing a Manchester triathlon over the course of 3 months this summer in order to raise money for Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders). This will involve:

·         A 10 kilometre run on Sunday 18 May around the scenic streets of central Manchester. www.greatrun.org

·         A 52 mile cycle on Sunday 29 June on a route along the Mancunian way from the Etihad to Old Trafford and back. www.greatcycle.org

 

·         A 1 mile open water swim on Saturday 19 July in the wonderful waters of Salford Quays. www.greatswim.org
