Well this is the big one!  In September this year I will be climbing the largest free standing mountain in the world! 

Mind is an amazing charity which helps people when they need it the most, providing advice and support for people with mental health issues.

We’ve all experienced mental health problems to some degree and many of us have lost friends and family because of this.
