We support those affected by meningitis to stop the disease devastating lives

Story

This page is dedicated to the memory of Aaron Devlin - a special son, brother & friend who died from meningitis aged just 23.

Aaron was successful in everything he did. He was an exceptional Gaelic Footballer, a newly qualified physiotherapist, and generally a joy to be around.

Aaron was cruelly taken away from us in July 2015. The impact he made in his 23 years with us was confirmed by the sheer scale of support, and indeed mourning, witnessed during his time in hospital and after his death.

His mother, father, brothers and sister, as well as his many close friends are thankful for the time they had with him, but miss him every day. Help us in the fight to eliminate this dreadful disease.

Money raised here will go towards research for the prevention and cure of meningitis, offering support to those affected by it, and raising awareness of  this cruel disease.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
