1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer. At Prostate Cancer UK, we’re giving every man the power to navigate it. With over £100 million invested in research, treatment, and care, we’re building a future where prostate cancer no longer cuts men’s lives short. Together, we can help save men’s lives.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running the Edinburgh Half Marathon in memory of my late husband Jim, who died from Prostate Cancer in 2010.

The photograph is me finishing the Edinburgh Marathon in 2008 - I do not look very happy but I was very proud! and I raised £2976 for the Prostate Cancer Charity.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now the Prostate Cancer Charity needs your support

I am really pleased to tell you that I completed the Edinburgh Half Marathon in 2.19.14 - there are pictures of me on the Edinburgh marathon web-site crossing the finishing line.
