This Ramadhan, I am aiming to raise £300 to build a tube well in Pakistan. The Thirst Relief campaign, run by Penny Appeal; a charity I have volunteered for from August 2016, aims to save thousands of lives by making clean water accessible in the dozens of countries the charity works in.

I'm also participating in the Ingelton Waterfalls Trek on the 18th June while fasting to see exactly how our innocent brothers and sisters feel on a dsily basis in these poverty-driven countries.

This Ramadhan, I am beginning my fundraising as it's an opportunity for all of you reading this to give Zakat and Sadaqah. 

The Prophet Muhammed (saw) was reported to have said "The best charity is to provide water" (Ibn Majah)

Insha'Allah, the well I wish to raise the funds for, with all of your help, will be dedicated to my late Grandmother and Grandfather (may Allah grant them Paradise)
