<p>On the 17th april 2011, i will be running the Virgin London Marathon for QEF.</p> <p>I have been closely afficliated with QEF for quite a few years now, working for them in many guises, fundraising and promoting their work.&nbsp;</p> <p>QEF works with people living with&nbsp;physical and learning disabilities or acquired brain injuries to gain new&nbsp;skills and increase independence.&nbsp; Whether it&rsquo;s learning everyday life&nbsp;skills, rebuilding a life affected by&nbsp;brain injury, acquiring the skills to&nbsp;drive a specially adapted car or&nbsp;training for future employment QEF&nbsp;supports disabled people to achieve&nbsp;goals for life.</p> <p>In an instance our lives can change, and anyone of us may need the help of a charity like QEF to help us continue to live independant, fulfilling lives.</p> <p>so please support me, in supporting the wonderful work they do by sponsoring me today!</p> <p>THANK YOU!</p>
