In May last year, we lost our wonderful Dad/Father-in-Law/Taid and so the four of us (Trev, Mel, Abi & Ellie) are taking on the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise money in his memory for two brilliant charities he supported throughout his life. He would've thought a sponsored bar crawl to raise money for Everton FC would have been a much more sensible idea, but we didn't think we'd raise quite so much money that way and so this is our compromise!

For 3 of us, this is our first half marathon and so any donations you could spare would keep us going and help make the pain worth it (and Trev would appreciate it too!)
