This year I along with others, have decided to dedicate our Christmas to the 10,000 lost lives of our Filipino brothers and sisters by doing a 10k marathon. Please support me in my first ever marathon!

Thousands of Filipinos are now homeless, living on the destruction caused by the worst Typhoon ever to hit land. These are people of all ages who have lost not only their homes, but their families - Christmas will never be the same again.

Food is scarce, disease is spreading but each of us can give each of them a lifeline.

By donating to this cause via 'Save The Children':

£25  could buy two families the essentials to store and purify drinking water for 1 month

£50 could buy a family of five basic household items like mosquito nets, blankets, candles, and children's clothes.

£100 could buy three hygiene kitscontaining soap, shampoo, toilet paper, toothbrushes, nappies and underwear to keep families clean and healthy.
