I'm running 5k for the wonderful charity WORLDwrite in support of open borders on 6th September in Hyde Park and it would be great if you could sponsor me.

 

Then you can come and laugh at me as I drag myself over the line panting and bright red thinking 'Jesus you've only run 3 miles'
