Throughout the whole of January, my mum and I will be taking part in R.E.D January for Mind. We will be Running Every Day to end the stigma of mental health and raise awareness of our Mental wellbeing.
As a total newbie to running, the aim is to do a mile a day which will total up to 31 miles altogether by the end of January! eek
Being someone who suffers firsthand with my mental health, I suffer with anxiety and panic attacks, I want to let people know that it is ok to speak out about your own mental health and there is always someone out there to listen, support and help.
