Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page - your donation will make a real difference to the work of Jamie's Farm with vulnerable young people. Most of the children that visit the farm are either young carers, looked after children, asylum seekers or victims of bereavement. Nearly half have special educational needs and many have experience of turbulent family backgrounds, drug abuse and criminal activity. Almost all have never visited the countryside. All Jamie’s Farm children find interaction with the school system difficult and the principal aim of the charity is to support their re-engagement with education.

Accenture has been involved with this wonderful charity since April 2011 when Hannah, Steve and another colleague (who has since left Accenture to run his own farm) visited the team in Box to discuss how we could best support them. Since then 5 members of Accenture have made trips to the farm to support key fundraising events such as the 'Cock and Bull Festival' and the 'Harvest Open Day', helping to raise a combined total of over £20,000 for the Farm. Hannah has also spent some of her own time at the farm assisting with school visits and generally trying not to get in the way too much!

It is our aim to raise as much money as possible for the Farm by running for them this year. Please give as generously as you are able to.

Thank you very much,
