Hi all, I've recently moved back to Wales and joined Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, a great company who do a lot to raise money for great causes such as British Heart Foundation.

I have decided to do my bit and join my colleagues on a cycle from our place of work in PENCOED to TENBY..... so that is a small feat of 90 miles of hurt, in more ways than one! (If you've cycled for an extended time you will know what I mean).

So on Saturday September 7th 2019 I will be pushing my body through many pain barriers especially when we hit all those hills down West!

So to help my colleagues and I through this challenge I am looking for any donation big or small to help a great cause, it will be greatly appreciated!

I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation's research and I'd be so grateful for your support.

 The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target.
