All done - 3h 51 in glorious sunshine around Paris. It was very hard work but I've never enjoyed a beer and a croque monsieur quite as much as I did after the race!

Thank you all so much for the very generous sponsorship. All the good wishes and hard earned cash really helped get me out for the training over the winter and around the course on the day. Thanks also to Katy for all her support over the last few months - and for traipsing around the course to cheer me on. Final thank you to Alex, Marie, Arnaud, Aude and Izoenn for looking after me on Sunday night!

Not too late if you haven't sponsored me and would like to. I ran the marathon to raise much needed funds for a very small charity - The Joanna Brown Trust. It was set up to do good things in loving memory of a wonderful person. The charity aims to Encourage Involvement in Sport, by providing equipment and facilities. You can find out more at www.thejoannabrowntrust.org .

We did it - the magic £2,500 (with some suspicious adding back in of Gift Aid!). Many, many thanks, Adam
