I've been an increasingly fat and very contented 'civvy' for a while now yet remain only too conscious of the sacrifices that my former colleagues continue to make in conflicts around the world, particularly in Afghanistan.  The time has come for me to 'do my bit', endure some phyisical discomfort and try and raise some cash for The Royal Anglian Regiment's Afghanistan appeal.  I'm really running for those lads in B Company who
