London to Woodbridge bike ride · 23 June 2018

The Bridge Charity works to provide for investigation and innovation in special education. Money raised through the charity also helps to develop resources across The Bridge Trust, which cannot be funded within conventional school funding formulas.

Story

I'm cycling the ~100 miles from London to Woodbridge in aid of the Bridge School. This will be, by a considerable distance, the furthest I've ever cycled, so it'll be a challenge for sure!

The Bridge School is a special school in Islington that caters for children with autistic disorders and severe or multiple and profound learning difficulties.

Because of the nature of the work the school does, it requires high staff-to-pupil ratios and bespoke equipment. None of this comes cheap, which is why they need our help. Any contribution that you can give, large or small, will go some way to helping the Bridge children, so please give generously.
