The ADHD&AUTISM support group are life savers. They are committed and have helped both myself and Jo with ANYTHING. It may or may not be anything to do with ADHD but a friendly ear. So it's my time to give something back 

About the charity

Centre for ADHD & Autism Support (CAAS) supports, educates and empowers ADHD/autistic individuals, their families, and the community. Through raising awareness we change perceptions, break down barriers, and create more inclusive communities. We offer over 40 different services across NW London.
