The Wheels For All project is a fantastic initiative based in the heart of Portsmouth and looks to enable any people, of any age of any ability to be able to experience the thrill and excitement of cycling. Delivered passionately by Volunteers the projects relies heavily on public donations and good will to ensure that the programme which is delivered over 6 days in a week can continue.
