At Macmillan, we will move mountains to help people with cancer live life as fully as they can. We’re doing whatever it takes. But without your help we can’t support everyone who needs us. To donate, volunteer, raise money or campaign with us, call 0300 1000 200 or visit macmillan.org.uk

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In July 9th - 10th 2011 myself and the Physio team at Spire Bushey Hospital will be attempting the '3 peaks challenge'.

This consists of climbing the UKs three highest peaks, Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scarfell Pike in England and Mt Snowdon in Wales, in under 24 hours.

There is over 40km of walking, with 2,984 m or just under 10,000 ft of ascent and descent, as well as 10 hours of driving between sites, leaving really only less than 14 hours to climb the peaks.

We are using this challenge as an opportunity to raise money for the MacMillian Cancer Support Charity

Macmillan Cancer Support improves the lives of people affected by cancer. They provide practical, medical and financial support and push for better cancer care. Cancer affects us all. We can all help.

We've joined together to raised money for charity. You'll see our team fundraising target on the right. Your donation can really help us smash this goal

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
