Hey everyone,

In September myself and Lewis Sutherland are going to be cycling from London to Brussels via Amsterdam - 300 miles in 4 days. Whilst I'm partly doing this for the challenge, I am also hoping to raise some money for a great charity.

My Nan was diagnosed with Alzheimers 2 years ago - whilst it is at an early stage it has given me an insight into what effect it can have on a person's life. The Alzheimer's Society are a great charity who are constantly working to find the cause of this disease in order to establish a cure and prevention methods. 

So please dig deep and give what you can!
