<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN;" lang="EN-US"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">This year I have got involved in the charity SMA trust which directly involves a great family friend of ours - Octavia Woodward.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN;" lang="EN-US"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">My challenge is to run 15 half marathons (5 already run this year), 2 full marathons and walk 125 miles along the South West Coastal Path</span></span><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN;" lang="EN-US"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"> by which time I should have run approxiamately 650 miles and hopefully will never have to run again!!</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: ZH-CN;" lang="EN-US"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">The coastal walk which I am taking part in runs from the16th to the 22nd June and involves walking 120 miles of varying terrain over 7 days averaging 15 miles and 2250 feet of ascent per day.</span></span></p>
