I am running the British 10k on 11th July for the Whitechapel Mission (http://www.whitechapel.org.uk/) team in aid of London's homeless.
I have a place in London's Half Marathon in October and intend to run the Bournemouth and Brighton 10k's this year as well. Therefore, I will wear out many pairs of trainers, eat tonnes of carb-fueled pasta and earn many blisters this year for this worthy cause.
