It is time for me to don the lycra and helmet and attempt a massive 62 mile charity bike ride for a great cause, Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research. On August 26th 2015 I will be completing Stage 54 (Weston Super Mare to Chepstow) of the Countrywide Great Tour of Britain which will be covering 6800km of coastline.

I have no doubt that this will be an almighty undertaking but for me to suffer so someone will benefit from the money that I raise, this is a small price to pay and will be well worth it.
