Hello, ... thanks for visiting my Charity Page.

I am trying to raise more money for the Florence Nightingale Hospice in Aylesbury.  They provide some fantastic support for people in and around the Aylesbury Vale.. and the service is so greatly appreciated by anyone who has the need for their help.

It is nice to be able to Help the Service sometimes.

Hopefully this year I will run a little faster than I did last year. Food poisoning and leg injury's aside.
