Adem embraced life in a special way.  He was a brave, gracious, fun, kind and inspiring young man, leaving not only wonderful memories, but lasting imprints forever in our hearts.

Among those who cared for him over the past year was St Joseph's Hospice in Hackney. The hospice does not just provide medical care, they also provide emotional support for patients and families.
