Tough Mudder is a half-marathon with an obstacle after every mile, including ice tanks, muddy ditches and electric shocks. 

I'm doing it in aid of the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice, who cared for my friend Doug until he passed away in February, and who need thousands of pounds a day to keep their vital work going.
