Hello everyone,
Those that know me best, know im not exactly the definition of fit and healthy and certainly not a fan of these kinds of things, normally opting to give rather than take part.. However as mental health is a subject that is very important to me and close to my heart for various reasons, I have signed up for a day of physical pain and mental strain... I appreciate people get bombarded with these requests constantly so im not expecting a huge amount of support but even a couple of pounds from the few can make a difference so please take the 3 minutes out of your day and the price of a coffee to help me give back to a very under resourced under promoted and worthwhile charity helping a cause that touches so many of our lives in so many different ways..
As you can see ive left it a little bit last minute to post this, so any of you kind hearted souls that are reading this thinking i will do it in a week or two please try to do it before friday if possible..

For those who dont know what the event is, its a combination of rough runner obstacles with a load of various mental challenges thrown in around the course.
