Final marathon completed in 6hrs and 40mins...mentally and physically exhausted but its complete! Hasn't sunk in what we have achieved but your donations as support helped us through the intense pain we were running in so thank you!!

1st marathon took 5 hours 10 mins and today's 2nd marathon took 5 hours and 50mins,physically and mentally exhausted!

We are running 3 marathons in 3 days on the 14th,15th and 16th November 2012 to raise as much money as we can for Children In Need 2012.

The route is…

(1) Marlborough Town Hall to Woolhampton (past Thatcham, just short of Reading),

(2) Pincents Kiln Industrial Park (Reading) to Winsor Marriot Hotel, Slough

(3) Due to the level of local media interest, the final marathon has now changed to maximise the events promotion and hopefully generate more donations in turn, it will now start at Woolhampton (Reading) and will end in Marlborough i.e the first marathon but in reverse!

The marathons follow the A4 all the way along passing through well known places such as Hungerford, Thatcham, Reading and Maidenhead.

Neither of us are natural runners and neither have run anything even close to this before we started training, this challenge has taken over our lives for the last 6 months with the hours, pain and blisters needed to get ourselves ready (we hope!)
