Offt what a night. 9km on the bike after being abused at crossfit. I'm officially jelly all over. Massive thank you to my mum for her emergency babysitting to let me complete my miles for 5x50. You are actually too good to me :) xxx

What a great day walking almost 22km from milngavie to drymen with grant. Got soaked, but kindly carried over the big puddles by my hero. Ever heard of an honesty table?....sooo random. Also met a lovely old couple who were easily on their 70's doing the full thing. Go them ;) xxx
