Hi people

I'm doing the Great South Run this sunday which is a 10 mile race through the beautiful streets of Portsmouth. I've done this quite a few times before but this year I'm doing it for a local charity called Harbour Cancer Support Centre which provides practical and emotional support to anyone affected by cancer.

If I can raise a few quid for them, it would make doing this run really worthwhile so please donate whatever you can. 

Also, Kamran is doing the junior race and raising money for the same charity so if you feel like you've already sponsored me enough for this year (!), please give it to him, via this same page.

I am planning a much bigger fundraising challenge next year so watch this space but in the meantime, please give what you can for this charity...thanks everyone...
