Story

As most of you know, I am not the fittest bloke in the world, and have never done anything like this before. But Macmillan is a charity which is very close to my heart having seen first hand the support they give to not only the patients, but their families too.

I have set up this page in memory of my Father-in-Law John, and have decided to take on this challenge in his honour. Everyones lives are touched by cancer, and sadly this disease has taken some very special people from me and my wife.

So now is my chance to give something back to those at Macmillan who have helped so many. The challenge I am taking on is the Yorkshire 3 Peaks, which involves climbing Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough ,25 miles/40 kilometres up and down 3 mountains which total over 7000 feet in under 12 hours.
