I have ridden London to Brighton now 5 times, this will be my 6th ride.

 My Focus for the ride is as always encouraging new riders to take to the roads and learn how to do something amazing to keep their hearts health and help everyone else through their fundraising efforts. 

The Team this year are really fired up, and im looking forward to riding with everyone. 

Personally, this is my first charity event since my Operation end of Last year. Im still not 100% but im going to give my all for you as always. 

Im also aware that I have asked you all to dig deep 3 times a year now for various causes for many years now... so as a special two for one event... I am also on ride London 100 in August. 100 miles is further than I have ever ridden before (I think prior to this it was 80 miles).

 

Please help me get to my target and help such a great charity. With your help we can keep hearts beating.
