I don’t really know how I end up doing this again…

 

Those of you who know me well know the following to be true:

 

I don’t really like running that much…

I’d much rather be down the pub with a bottle of Sol in my hand & tucking into some nice grub!

I did it last year & couldn’t walk properly for at least a week after…

I haven’t really done that much training but I have at least trained this year!

 

However I am doing this for the following reasons:

 

I believe in this charity and have been supporting it for a number years now

Running is actually good for you… So they tell me

I like a bit of a challenge…

I need to do a better time that last year!

 

Hopefully the sun will be shining and it will be a good day for a run.

 

Dig deep and please sponsor me whatever you can, there’s no specific target.

 

If your about and fancy a day out and laugh at me trying to get round before sunset come down!
