Hi All

On July 10th 2011 I'll be joining in the British 10K London Run. I'm doing this to help support Paul Strickland Scanner Centre at Mount Vernon Hospital. The Centre provides accurate diagnosis for cancer patients from counties in and around London. Each year £1 million has to be raised by donations and appeals to pay for new scanners and to provide improved patient facilities. 

If you could sponsor me directly that would be great but if you'd rather sponsor me the old fashioned way then that's fine, just drop me a line to let me know.
