A few weeks back, Lou and I had a fantastic day at the Great Notts Ride. Our first time doing some fundraising together, my first ride after having my back rebuilt & on top of it all, it was Fathers' Day! 

The opportunity came up to do another ride, with some colleagues from the Uni, with a great family day thrown in and for a hugely important cause - Dementia Research. 

Didn't take much discussion, so here  we are again!
