As you all know I am mostly just a cyclist, back in the day however I did run several Marathons (and ate them) half Marathons and was a keen runner, this year however I am going to join in with the guys from work to run the Rat Race Dirty Weekend, it's going to be a tough day out but all for a really good cause.
