My story
THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR THEIR SUPPORT. THE GIG NIGHT WAS FANTASTIC AND WE'VE RAISED THIS HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY!!!!
You can still sponsor me here for the marathon run, I'd love to get as near to £5000 as I can!
The National Autistic Society is a charity close to my heart as I have close family and friends that have Aspergers syndrome. There are over half a million people in the UK with an autism spectrum disorder - that is around 1 in 100. Together with their families they make up over two million people whose lives are touched by autism every single day.
Despite this, autism is still relatively unknown and misunderstood. Which means that many of these two million people get nothing like the level of help, support and understanding they need.
Together we can change this and I would be so pleased if you could support me with this event to raise money and awareness for such a great charity.'
Training is going really well and I hope to cross the finish line at some point, hopefully the same day and beating Robs time!!!!!!
