I like running for a good cause. I get slim, look great but more importantly, I'm running for a great charity that I feel quite strongly about - The NSPCC.

Child Mental Health, abuse and neglect is worryingly quite common in the world and the NSPCC is at the forefront educating & lobbying for the prevention of these as well as providing invaluable support for affected children.
