I've decided to run this years BUPA 10K to support some of the most deprived communities in South Asia. British Asian Trust & related charities are doing some wonderful work in the Indian sub continent as well as in UK to bring lasting change to the lives of poor people through access to education, health and livelihoods

On of BATs charity is Katha. Katha works in the Delhi slums to ensure that children receive a high quality education to overcome poverty for themselves, their families and their communities
