A few people from Lawcris Panel Products, will be taking on the Tough Mudder which involves a 10 mile run, being electrocuted, plunging head-first through a tight, dark tube into ice-laden water and add to that copious amounts of mud. And i have been stupid enough to join them..

However, there is one thing that will keep me going and that will be our charity partner as we are raising money for St Gemma's Hospice, an amazing organisation very close to our hearts and your donation can really help us smash this goal.

All money raised will be going to the hospice to continue their amazing work with patients and their families who sadly aren't as fortunate as ourselves. It will make a real difference for this remarkable local charity.
