Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Well I managed to complete the 10 K in Greenwich park in the truly awful time of 1 hour 5 minutes on Sun 6th Sept. The photo above was chosen because it conceals the grimace of agony that covered my face at the end!
