The weather finally smiled on me - Skydive finally happened on 23rd July. On a beautiful clear day I jumped out of a plane at 10,000 ft and lived to tell the tale. Still in slight shock - as I am sure you are too. Thanks for all your support to date. Some pictures posted and video proof to follow later this week.

The fundraising for Thames Reach continues. They are a London-based charity working tirelessly to end street homelessness. I have been a board member there for over 10 years. I know that now more than ever homeless and vulnerable people need their help to find decent homes, build supportive relationships and lead fulfilling lives.

Every penny you donate will go to Thames Reach to help them make a real difference to someone's life.
