Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Saturday 10th May I, and a number of my Fujitsu colleagues will be taking part in Carten100 2014.

This involves cycling approx 106 miles from Cardiff to Tenby.

It is definitely going to be a challenge so any support you can give me through sponsorship would be appreciated!

For those of you who use Strava you can track my training progress!

This years chosen charity is Marie Curie Hospice - Holme Tower Penarth.
