<p>Hello friends, family and colleagues! Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>This month I am daring to wear a wig to work for a whole day on Friday the 8th April! (BTW yes I will wear it over my headscarf!) I am doing this crazy thing because I am passionate about helpling other people and especially young British Muslim women who have no one to help them and are suffering in silence.&nbsp;</p> <p>This evening we took a call from a young girl who has been sexually absued by a family friend. She has been enduring this abuse for years and finally had the courage to call us for help. We have helped her put an end to this abuse.&nbsp;</p> <p>There are many more young women suffering in silence, so&nbsp;please dig deep and donate generously now to help us help more young women and also have a laugh at my expense!</p> <p>These young women can dare to hope, if we help them.</p> <p>Thanks</p> <p>Akeela</p>
