Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
You may just be thinking that he's gone mad and maybe you're right. Believe it or not I have wanted to do something like this for a long time. So along came Everest and hey I wanted to see if I could do it. Hopefully I am physically and mentally ready for it. I believe that I am and hope you do as well. It will be a great sense of achievement for me personally. So as I feel that I will get a lot out of this myself, I wanted to give something back to people more deserving than me. Therefore I have set myself a challenge to raise some money for children's charity in the process. So dig deep.
Thank you and wish me luck. xxx
I am doing this trip with another very determined individual called Stuart. So together we going all out for this trip.
We are all set to leave the UK on 6th November 2010 and return back on 25th November. Yes that's 19 days, it should take around 13/14 days to climb to base camp and back. You can read more on the Safejourneys.co.uk website. Just in case you are wondering we are paying all of our own costs so that all the money we raise will go directly to the charity.
