Hi!

Somehow - I'm not sure exactly how, but Twitter and banter and cajolery and dares were involved - I found myself agreeing to take on the 100 Hundred Pushups challenge on May 18th.

The challenge is simple - can I do 100 pushups in one go, on May 18th?

UPDATE: we've been granted an extension - the new deadline date is JULY 18th , but we're still going to do a progress update on May 18th. Stay tuned!

 

A few of us are doing it, and I felt that if was to do this, it shouldn't be a vanity project, it should be for a good cause. So I chose Cancer Research, and here's my pledge:

For every push up I manage to do in one continuous block, on May 18th, 2011, I will give one pound to Cancer Research.  

Cancer will affect 1 in every 3 of us at some point in our lives, so please help.
