I will be cycling Leg 4 of the Journey.  Twickenham to Fishguard in Wales (428 km in total).  The thought of all concerned with the worthy charities of  Sport Relief,  Leukaemia Research, DebRA, Help for Heroes and the PRA Benevolent Fund will put the pain of training and the main event into perspective.

Please please donate. I am well aware that times are hard for everybody but we must all remember that there are many less fortunate than ourselves.  For those of you who didn't know or have forgotten, Dad used to be in the RAF so help for heroes certainly holds a place in our hearts.

And, as an extra incentive, if you all help me to reach my target, I promise to wear my Welsh shirt as we cross the border.
