Well, it's too late to back down now.

Once I'd convinced Charles Wilson Garages that it would be a good idea to abseil down the facia of The Corn Exchange in Manchester, my wonderful colleagues at Forever Manchester decided that it'd be churlish of me to simply cheer from the side lines.

So now, despite my loathing of any elevation higher than my sofa, I find myself preparing to hop over the side of The Triangle.
