Just a quick note to let you know about my summer of challanges in 2010 to raise money for the Severn Hospice - the Hospice took great care of both my Mum and Grandad with their fight with Cancer.

 

 

 THE BIG ONE - IRONMAN UK - 2.4 MILE SWIM - 112 MILE BIKE - 26.2 MILE RUN - August 2010

 5 day bike ride covering over 400 miles

 

Just the thought of the above events makes me a little anxious and nervous, the challange of the Ironman is going to be huge to me and hopefully one that I will complete.
