27 April 2010 - Post marathon update

Managed to complete it in 4 hours and 20 minutes which wasn't quite the time I was looking for but based on having a calf injury that limited my training to 14.5m, I have happy enough. I did hit the iconic wall at 24 miles but managed to muster the energy to complete it...

If you have already sponsored me then many thanks but if you haven't then please give generously to this fantastic charity (JDRF) that is funding essential research to try and find a cure for diabetes.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
